Founded in 2012 by brothers Daniel and Mark Balson, Balson Homes design and build small developments of luxury homes within the Dorset and Hampshire area.
Within this local area we have established a reputation for building homes of outstanding architectural design, to the finest of finishes.
Our reputation for building homes of the finest design and quality is of the highest importance to us, as our vision is that Balson Homes will continue to build homes in Dorset and Hampshire for generations to come.
The Team
Our team consists of the two directors Daniel and Mark Balson. Daniel takes responsibility for land procurement & planning, materials purchasing, sales & marketing and the day to day running of the company. Mark heads up the construction team utilising his 19 years of construction experience.
The rest of our team is made up of a number of carefully selected subcontractors and local companies, who we can trust to achieve our exacting standards and assist us to produce homes of the finest detail and finish that we are proud to put our family name to.

Design
Our design starts with the vision we have for the carefully selected land that we purchase. We use local architects to architecturally design our vision with the awareness of products available to create the detailing and character of the properties we envisage. The internal layouts are carefully thought out with modern family life in mind. Our interior design is our own vision with the assistance of local kitchen and bathroom companies who we work with to carefully design the vision we have for each home.
Quality
Our homes are constructed right from groundworks stage through to final fix using only the best materials which are pieced together using our team of specially selected trades people who share our passion and extreme levels of attention to detail, which enable us to produce homes of the finest quality and finish.
After Care
Even though we only use the best materials and carefully selected trades people from time to time defects or faults can arise with any new homes. We are passionate about our reputation and will always take responsibility and ownership to resolve any issue quickly and with the least amount of disruption to our customers.
